🚚 Shipping notice

During busy seasons, shipping can be delayed and your item may not arrive on your requested date. Chilled items can lose quality from delays or long transit times, so please avoid requesting this period if possible, or choose frozen shipping to reduce the risk of delay.

❄️ Thawing frozen items

If you receive a frozen item, we recommend moving it to the refrigerator the day before you plan to eat it and letting it thaw slowly at a low temperature. Please avoid rapid thawing (room temperature, microwave, etc.), as it can reduce quality.

• Each person may receive one voucher per year, worth ¥10,000.
• Incomplete information may delay shipping.
• Our staff may contact you to confirm details.
• The personal information you provide will only be used for shipping.
• Packages left beyond the carrier's storage period will be automatically discarded. We cannot offer reshipment or compensation in that case, so please be sure to receive your package within the deadline.
• This voucher may be changed or cancelled without notice at Wagyu International's discretion.
